Flexi Support for adults in their own homes or the community to help them to live more independently with 1 to 1 or 2 to 1 support. This support includes help with appointments and shopping and trips to local attractions, and social and leisure facilities.

The support may be to enable the service user to access services and amenities within the community, providing them with socialisation and preventing isolation e.g. swimming, and attending groups and activities. It could also be to accompany the service user to various appointments e.g. medical, dental, hairdressers/barbers, etc.

For some service users, it may be to assist them with budgeting and domestic tasks such as learning basic cooking skills, completing their weekly shopping, or assisting them to arrange appointments with trades’ people, or other independent living skills.
