I am a Senior Support Worker and ACE (Active Community Engagement) Project Lead at Mencap. I have worked for Mencap for a year now.

My role as ACE lead means I get to come up with fun and exciting activities and events for our service users to take part in. There is nothing better than seeing our service users smile and laugh when they are really enjoying activities planned by our team.

Mencap is a fabulous place to work, every day is different and rewarding in its own way and the service users make turning up to work an absolute joy.
